Kicking off 2024 with our brand new contact, hosting Bangladesh Police and one of Croatia's top working dog supplier and trainer at our new grounds. K9 Metropolitan were pulled into this project to teach the handling and foundation training of Detection and GP (general purpose) dogs.
We haven't worked with either countries before so it was a brand new tender that we had the honour of looking after and taking part in. We hope to work together for the foreseeable future. A batch of 20 dogs were available for selection with us, but trained and supplied as green dogs to Bangladesh Police Force from Croatia.
We were awarded a plaque by the chief of Bangladesh Police, which was a true surprise for us. We usually receive awards from our clients after a few years of working alongside them but for us to receive straight off the bat and during the first week of meeting them, was a privilege.
